I've lost nearly a couple of stone and need to lose some more as I am an apple shape.
I'm happier with my appearance but my arse is SO flat Grin
I was wondering if anyone could suggest a routine I could do at home that would genuinely give me more of a bum, or a more shapely one at least? Not expecting miracles of course! Would say 10 mins a day produce results in a few weeks?

Squats. There are several different types. You can build a few sets into your day pretty easily, e.g. when brushing teeth, waiting for kettle to boil, toilet to flush etc Smile

Ok thank you! Will that make a difference do you think? I'm going to try for 10 mins bum exercise per day, squats mainly.

Squats, curtsy lunges, glute bridges with weights. It’s what worked for me

Google "bret Contreras" and things like "how to build glutes." You'll find tons of information he's written. His book "Strong Curves" is revered by some as the Booty Bible.

He's literally got a PhD in building bums.
