Strength training at home to compliment running

Can anyone direct me to simple 10/15 minute routine I can do at home either on a rest day or after a run? I'm in the early stages of a half/marathon (TBD!) training programme running 3x a week and swimming once and have done a long run in the past with similar training but a host of injuries and niggles tells me I need to add some muscle and core strength.

I have a should injury so struggle with kettlebell or upper body strength type exercises other than. That open to ideas.

Quite like the seven app, you could do 2 sets!

I have the Davina 5 week fit DVD which I find good for core strength in between running. It has fairly short sections which you could easily pick and choose to mix it up.

I do this one, only 7 minutes long and definitely been helpful for me

Thanks will look at the app but really like the idea of a 7 minute set as I can see myself fitting this into my routine more often. Davina is great but too much upper body strength which I'll struggle with when not using one arm plus it's a bit longer than I'm after but thank you anyway. Smile

I like the Chloe Madeley app, weights for women, it's broken down into sections, core, back upper body, lower body etc. You can buy some York weights and dumbbells from amazon and do the exercises at home.

Oops sorry, hopefully this works....
