It has been ages since I've done a work out plan, many years ago I was lucky enough to have a friend who was also a personal trainer and he gave me a lot of help and tips what to do and what not to do.
I cannot really remember much though.
So starting back up after 2dc, Im a sahm too.
My routine tends to be mist weekdays
Wake up and give DC breakfast
Workout for half hour if I can, doing a mixture of cardio, steps, stretches, whatever I fancy.
Then once DC are asleep at afternoon nap I go on Wii fit for half an hour too.
Will this work for me? Let's wait and see. I justwant to lose a bit. I'm trying to stop snacking in the day too. Already eat fairly healthily
