Lower ab fat 😣😣 can't shift it

I have a flat stomach apart from my abs below my belly button , I've always had a slight pooch
Since the age of 10.

Ive been going to the gym and toned my upper abs but the fat on lower tummy won't get any flatter .

What excersises can I do, any tips ??

Im a female,mother and I'm late 20's .
I have a weakness for chocolate .

If you eat snacks like crisps and chocolate you need to cut them out (or treat in Fri/sat within reason). Regular exercise like HIT. Then twice per week a 15 mins abs workout. There are lots on youtube

Unfortunately it's not possible to target a specific area to lose fat. I'm in the same position, size 10 ATM, trying to lose a small amount of weight and tone. I tend to carry weight on my lower tummy when I get past a certain size (higher end of size 10), and I hate it, I feel really self conscious.
To have a really visible six pack, women need to get down to a low body fat percentage and it isn't really healthy. I think last time I had a very flat stomach was when I was a small size 6 and technically underweight.

Oo just thought, leg raises are good for lower abs, slower is better, try and hold it just before you return your legs to the floor.
And planks too.
