Just got back from holiday and I'm horrified by some of the pictures of me on the beach. I've always thought my legs are the best bit of me but my inner thighs are dreadful. No tone, saggy bits. Ugh.
So, what exercise do I need to do to sort them out? At the moment I try to exercise most days after work, and I cycle at the weekends. Each week I do a body combat class, a boot camp class and a boxing class, and also 2 spin classes. I usually cycle about 50-60 miles each week on top (weather dependent though). I could probably do with losing half a stone. Oh, and I'm 52.
So how can I firm.up my inner thighs? Any particular exercises? I'm happy to switch the classes I do for something else if that would go the trick.
