How to get more energy !

I train 5 days (HIIT) + one parkrun. Commute 2 hours a day and work full time. Do the lions share at home, no DC but desperately trying. I feel constantly exhausted, eat well, sleep 8 hours - any ideas for more energy!! Don't suggest less training it's my stress relief !

Job isn't physical, but is mentally demanding and high pressure, with long hours. I use a mindfulness app daily and practice affirmations. I've got a bit more food with me today, oats and blue berries, boiled egg. Brown rice salad and tin of tuna. Celery and nut butter. Not sure on dinner yet. Maybe steak and sweet potatoes.
Think I just need a holiday ......

Be kind to yourself as well Smile life is knackering so many folk around me hitting early /mid 40s hitting the wall of manic jobs &stress and needing a re-think in life priorities. Both hubbie and I hit it and both do different jobs with less mental load now (& yes slightly less pay) so we have more time for kids & exercise too and are happier. My SIL with no kids is also hitting it now at mid-40s and re-assessing her life balance as job is dominating her time way too much.
