It's been 15 months since I gave birth.

I am short and put on a lot of weight, with the pregnancy which ended up with a c section. Baby was large (99th percentile)

Over the last year I've lost the baby weight so I am now at the weight I was before getting pregnant but I still have a large overhang

Can I fix this without surgery?

You will just need to continue losing weight to flatten the overhang, unfortunately. It's harder work to get a flat stomach after having a baby.

Have you got stretch marks on your stomach? If not I would say toning would help but I was told it takes five years to get your body back to the way it was so I think time would be your friend here.

I have an over hang but I also have a lot of stretch marks that are about an inch thick. I've have two c sections, with my first the over hang was barely noticeable but the scar is very low down (just above pubic bone) but this time around they have go in about an inch higher making the over hang more visible

I thought C-section overhang had to be corrected with surgery. it's not regular baby stretch b/c they had to cut thru ligaments to get in.
