Am considering having a trial session - there is a gym near work and I desperately need to pick up some activity for my well-being. A 30 minute session is doable throughout the day and we have showers at work .
My only concern is my knee - it's chronically knackered so I have to adapt any programme to avoid squats, lunges and/or high impact. Oh and too much twisting. Just wonder if this is too many modifications.
