I have been given two kettle bells, one is 7 kgs and the other 12.5 kgs.
I am extremely unfit (but walk a lot) and would like to tone up and shape my bum/lower back a little.
I have no idea where to start
...I have found some exercises I can do but have no clue how many or how long I do them for.
Any advice for a completely unfit beginner would be very appreciated!
