What to do with a kettle bell?

I have been given two kettle bells, one is 7 kgs and the other 12.5 kgs.
I am extremely unfit (but walk a lot) and would like to tone up and shape my bum/lower back a little.

I have no idea where to start Confused ...I have found some exercises I can do but have no clue how many or how long I do them for.

Any advice for a completely unfit beginner would be very appreciated!

Have a look at these workouts on fitness blender. There's more you can search for too.

Look at Greg Brookes on YouTube. Paid for programmes, but also dozens of free videos for all ages and levels of fitness. He’s very much about learning the correct technique and not working beyond your skill or fitness limits. Not a flashy presenter, but I really like his stuff.
