I wonder if anyone can advise on this:
I'd like to start exercising at home in a time efficient way (Around 30 mnts-1 hour/ day) as I'm super busy and will never be able to exercise otherwise. I've heard about vibration plates/ trainers and would like to buy one if they are really efficient. Are they any good? Has anyone tried them? Do they really tone the body and build muscle? Any brand in particular?
