I’m very busy and get my exercise via horses (so riding and general care) and I go to aerial silks once a week.
I’d like to get a bit more toned and generally strengthen my core for both silks and horses but I find strength work puts mind numbingly dull and also struggle with time. I’ve just done a 10 minute workout from Pinterest and certainly feeling my abs!
However is doing something like that a few times a week realistically enough to make any difference or is it just a marketing ploy?
