Foam roller - any recommendation for good tutorial vids

I've hadma foam roller recommended several times as a good intervention for my various niggles (legs, mainly)

But I was wondering what you actually do with one. I was thinking about just rolling it up and down over afflicted area, but they look a bit large for that. And the pix of people using them (packaging etc) look really complicated - leaning on the damned things in various poses, and then moving.

Any good vids/channels out there that will demystify this, and ideally be utterly and totally idiot-proof?

I just looked on YouTube, but saw an osteopath this morning, who demonstrated what to do. So no rolling on joints (ie backs of knees etc). If doing legs, it's really not that long you need to spend, a couple of rolls up and down and move your leg around to get all muscles. Bum off the floor intensifies it. Only about 30 seconds on each calf then on each ITB and quad.

Thanks!

I've found some useful looking vids. And have asked a sporty friend. Whose first bit of advice was 'get a different roller', so I'm off to Decathlon later today.
