I did my final c25k run last Sunday, I've been working long hours so didn't have chance to go for another run until this morning.
This mornings run didn't go well, I was too hot and didn't feel like I had the energy to keep running so I stopped and walked.
I'm not going to have chance to run again until Thursday. Am I going to start losing my fitness? If I run for half an hour once a week, will this be enough to maintain my fitness levels?
