Hi all,
I'm currently trying to improve my general fitness - getting back into healthy eating, trying to do 5k plus steps daily, self care etc.
I'm no good at the gym, I find it really dull tbh, swimming is good but our pool is so busy all the time it's hard to get going! So, I've just ordered myself a mini trampoline - I figured I enjoy going on big ones, I find it fun and can bounce to music.
Does anyone else have one and do you find it beneficial? I'm pretty sure the DC will enjoy using it too, so it'll be something fun for us all :)
