I used to have one. It was good, rely it in my legs and definitely got my heart rate up.
Unfortunately I had to sell due to my plantar fasciatus Sad

Oh for God's sake!

Did you use it to lose weight or more for the toning?

Sorry for the late reply. For weight loss mainly, but it will deffo tone your thighs up.
I only had it a couple of months due to my feet (not caused by the equipment by the way). But I did notice a general increase in my fitness.

Thank you for your reply ☺ did you notice any difference to your arms and tum? Sorry for all the questions. I have 3st to lose and a lot of toning, after 4 kids everything has just dropped 😢

I honestly can't say I did as my feet hurt to much to use it that often Sad
If I were you I'd get some dumbells instead, much cheaper, easier to store and so many different exercises you can do for your whole body. Combine that with 30 second bursts of high intensity cardio and you've got a fantastic workout you can do in about 20 mins.
