Anyone doing the 21K runner app at the moment (its the follow on from c25k then the 5-10k version.) and fancy keeping each other motivated?
Currently on week 3 day 2, so rest day today then a fairly easy run tomorrow.
Training for the great north run and complimenting doing the local 10k in a few weeks, but struggling with running outside. On a treadmill, I'm fine. I can seemingly run as much as I want. Outside I'm a mess! Anyone else finding this?
