Exercising with a fringe?

This might seem a stupid question but in January last year I was in a car accident which left me with a huge scar on my forehead. I'm not vain but to help my confidence my hairdresser cut me in a fringe. I instantly felt better and moved on with my life.

However, I'm finding it hard to exercise without it sticking to my head or annoying me. Can anyone with a fringe advise me about how I keep my fringe in place whilst exercising?

I tried pinning it back but then I found I feel self conscious and can't really let go and enjoy whatever I'm doing. I don't care if that makes me sound vain it's the truth.

Please be kind about this. I genuinely just want some advice from people who have fringes how they manage when exercising.

Put one of those soft stretchy headbands on quite low on your forehead?

I don't have a fringe myself, but what about a buff/headband type of thing? I often see women wearing these when doing classes/ running etc.

I pin mine up so no help. Have you considered a sweatband if you really want to cover your forehead? Make a real 80s fashion statement

I use a stretchy towelling headband over my fringe. Stops sweat dripping into my eyes.

I’d go for a headband too.

Those who wear a headband can you recommend any please?

Buff are good. A bit more expensive than some but loads of colours and patterns to choose from.

Thanks dogzdinner
