Anyway to sort of the loose tummy skin?

So I've been exercising very regularly now I work out around 5 times per week. I've recently started yoga and I love it, I'm also hoping it will help my very wobbly mum tum!

Is there anything that actually works to tighten loose skin? Any exercises or products? I just want to be able to wear shorts and a sports bra workout worrying about my belly BlushBlush

I have found a combination of diet, exercise, body brushing and moisturising is helping mine.

I watched a programme about firming creams and the conclusion was that they were not worth the extra money. I just use whatever body lotion I have.

I have also purchased an exercise/weight loss belt this week. I definitely sweat more around my belly when I wear it. Only worn it twice so too early to decide if it works.

Yes maybe body brushing would be a good idea, I will give it a try.

Is the belt like a sauna belt?

I guess it's like a sauna belt. The idea is your wear it when you exercise. Like I say it is early days to say if it works

Personally I’ve found lots of crisps and chocolate have filled the wobbly bits up! Not wobbly now...more of a kettle drum! Grin

I will keep you updated. I lost over 6 stone. Definitely feel the brushing and moisturising has made a difference.

Over 6 stone well done :) I've only lost about two stone but I'm at my goal weight now really! I think now I just need to loose fat and not weight Confused

How have you managed to loose all your weight?

A combination of healthy eating (sticking to three meals per day). Any snacks are fruit and/or yoghurt.

I'd still like to lose another two stone I'm an ideal world, but currently a comfortable size 16 (sometimes a 14).

I've exercise regularly since I started. I have increased that more now. I am amazed how good my skin is to be honest (I am over 40), think some of it must be down to genes.

But lots of moisturising (every time I undress) and body brushing does seem to have made the most difference. I've had lots of positive comments about how good my skin looks.

Have you considered a dermaroller? Not the most pleasant thing in the world unfortunately!
