Hi just wanted to have a chat about foam rollers and massage balls
I get terrible next pains and I recently went to see a physio who said most of it is down to posture so he recommend a posture brace which I have started wearing.
I teach pole fitness and have been getting numb hands a lot so he recommend a mini foam roller and also recommend a la crosse ball for massage to get into my neck / shoulder area.
Does anyone else use these? If so how often and for how long? Have you noticed a difference?
