Does a little at a time work?

Does anyone know if doing a few exercises now and then throughout the day will make any difference in toning up? Ie if I do 10 squats while I wait for kettle to boil, then 20 during ad break, etc, would that make a difference? Or do I have to do, say 50, all in one go?

Hi, ive found it does. I mean i dont think you'll get a 6pack, but its a start and you'll feel better. If you look for barre3 on youtube, there are some 10min classes that dont require any equipment or jumping around

i see it as anything better then nothing, i use to get myself worked up when i didnt have enough time to fit in full workouts but now i just do whatever i can when i have time, even if its just a few lunges and squats brushing my teeth
