Weight loss with hypothyroidism?

Any tips for successful weight loss when you have under active thyroid?
I’m 100% sure my meds are off as after a year on Levothyroxine I’m taking the lowest 25mg and have just successfully requested and had blood work done and booked an appointment to request an increase but I can guarantee the bloods will show normal cos they do 3 of the 6 possible tests for thyroid function and every time I ask for ALL to be checked there’s always something preventing it but I’m armed with info that should fight that problem at next appointment...anyway....! I’ve been exercising 4/5 times a week since 20th Feb 2018, I burn between 450-750 cals per gym session and have been eating a very strict, healthy, well balanced diet with one treat day (Friday obviously!) a week, and guess how much I’ve lost .... nothing. I bet you’re now thinking “well duh you’ve gained muscle! It weighs more!” But no, yes I have some tone and have lost half an inch here or there but nothing substantial and not a lb in weight has gone. By now (and by extensive calorie input/output calculations etc) I should have lost way over half a stone.
All I can think of if thyroid is not being treated properly? I should mention I have. 2cm benign mass on it and lots of nodules that I’m also fighting for a review/scan/camera in nose check up thingy again as it’s been around 12 months since the last US, and 8 months since last camera in... any GP’s offer advice or any other people that struggled with a) correct dosage or b)weight loss with this condition?

Forgot to mention that 2/3 days a week I’ve got so desperate that all I have to eat all day is 2 diet protein shakes and 2 fat burning pills (safe - purchased from bulk powders in health store) a day. Lots of water. 2 and a half weeks I’ve been doing so and still no loss. I was 9 stone 7 for a long time and a size 8/10. Over 2 years I’ve gained to 10 stone 13 and my diet hasn’t changed much as I have gluten and dairy/egg intolerances - hense the healthy diet!

I have an under active thyroid and I’m currently on a 125 daily dosage. I also think mine’s not quite right at the moment, should be having a blood test in a couple of weeks.
I eat healthily and exercise a lot but my weight just seems ‘stuck’, which I think may be at least partly down to the thyroid issues (I also have some other autoimmune conditions). At this point my focus is on just keeping fit and healthy and just hoping the weight will ‘match’ one day.

I’m the same - I also have RA and Bipolar 2 and on-site ally thought the meds for those were the reason I was gaining but I’m off all meds except thyroxine (yay!) and no change :/
