Need a post C25K training plan

So I finished c25k in January. I run only outside. Thankfully I live in a super flat area.

Since c25k ended I've managed to actually run 5k (the programme is actually "run for 30 mins) and got my time down from 37 mins to 34 mins. But I need some help with anew direction or training plan.

I think my goal is the increase my speed rather than distance. The reason I took c25k up in the first place was because I found another sport that I loved and I needed to improve my aerobic fitness for this sport. I don't think I plan to run 10K

Today I dropped my pace and managed to run 6k. And without stopping.

But I have no plan or structure. I tried intervals but I found that running faster for a whole minute floored me and I ended up walking . So I started running faster/slower between telegraph poles Grin My version of intervals.

Anyway, where should I go from here? Any pointers gratefully received!

I've decided my next goal: sub 30 5k

Millions of posts on line. Confused please can someone recommend a training plan or app?

A friend uses the running for weightloss app, which will gradually make you work harder and run further. It's interval-based.

I recommend the my asics app, you can put in your goal and it calculates training plans for you xx
