Toning arms with kettlebells

I've found some basic exercises on YouTube and I'm guessing i should be doing thus about 3 or 4 times a week but how long until I can see results? And how many reps should I be doing? Is there a guide as to what weight I should be using?

Hello Bear, it is hard to say without knowing what exercises you are doing. In a kettlebells class, I might use 3 different weights (say 24 for sumo squats, 16 or 12 for swings, 4 or 8 for arms). And I change up regularly - one kettlebell wouldn't have lasted me very long. Are you just doing arms?
