I started with a pain in my upper inside thigh on a run last Monday. Dr google.says groin strain, physio agrees but cant decide if it's a 1 or 2 (no pain at all anymore but i have a small bruise) who says I can do gentle spin classes (gentle!) & gentle swimming.
Just wondered, anyone who's had this did you still swim & spin? Also when will I know if it's OK to run again? I need my running!
