Alternatives to 30 day shred

I love the effectiveness of 30 day shred the 321 format and the fact you can do it and be showered within 30 mins. Also found it fantastic at building fitness and strength.

I can stand the nonsense chatter, the instructions are great but you can't turn off just the non sense chatter. And the music is just diabolical.

I love les mills on demand and use it for longer workouts but often an effective but shorter workout fits with life better. What else ideally home DVD wise might I like to try?

I'm following this with interest as I need to get back into exercise again after my 2nd baby.

I do think Jillian is hard to beat though. The workouts are just super quick and effective!. If you're familiar with the exercises why not just put some music on and turn the sound off?

I'm contemplating buying the Kayla Itsines app which I think is a similar kind of thing but works put more expensive as you essentially have to subscribe to it.

Otherwise there are lots of 7 minute HIIT workouts on the Internet, where you just do as many rounds as you can manage or have time for.

Have you tried Ripped in 30? It's the same format as shred, ie 321, but I think you can maybe turn the talking off. Even if you can't, it gives you 4 more workouts, which stops it being so boring. I sometimes do them as a cycle of 7.
