Hoping someone can help!
I’m a ‘seasoned’ runner - in that I’ve been running regularly for years. Nothing extreme but run 4-5 times a week and generally cover about 30-40km a week. Not fast.
I’ve developed strange pain down the front outside of my shins the last week. It doesn’t feel muscular if that makes sense? Doesn’t get worse for running but doesn’t go away either. Rest makes no difference - have woken up this morning and they ache. It’s not prohibitively painful - but I’d normally do a 9/10k run on a sat morn and I’m debating not as worried I’m doing something to my legs. Any ideas what it could be? I stretch etc as normal.
Only change in my routine is the last few weeks I haven’t done any yoga which I normally do 3 times a week.
