App for setting running intervals

Hi,
I am doing some training to run a 5k and am after an app - I want to be able to set my own intervals rather than use the NHS C25K podcast as I know what works for me.

Do you know of an app where i can set the routine myself eg: 3 min run, 2 min walk etc?
I guess I could use a stopwatch but find that clock-watching really affects my run in a negative way

Search for an HIIT app rather than a running one. I'm not sure which I use but it was just as you describe. I could set a 5min warm up, then 2 min run and 1 min walk or whatever and choose a number of repetitions...

I have a very basic one called SIT - simple interval training. Tend to use my TomTom watch now but the app was very useful.
