Hi,
I am doing some training to run a 5k and am after an app - I want to be able to set my own intervals rather than use the NHS C25K podcast as I know what works for me.
Do you know of an app where i can set the routine myself eg: 3 min run, 2 min walk etc?
I guess I could use a stopwatch but find that clock-watching really affects my run in a negative way
