Ten minute workout

Has anyone tried the 10 minute daily workouts and do they actually make a difference or make you feel better?

I think anything is better than nothing, I've not done the 10 min workouts, but personally, that wouldn't be much more than a warmup for me, I need a minimum of 20-30 mins to feel as though I've done something and feel better. BUT if I was coming from no exercise, I think 10 mins is a start, and shouldn't be written off.
