Exercises for back fat

Looking for ideas to help get rid of back fat please!

Long story short, I have some mobility issues and while my usual exercise is walking, I need something more specific it seems. I can't go swimming due to a chlorine allergy, and there are no non-chlorine pools in my area. I also can't do anything high-impact/cardio based because of a heart condition.

I'm already following a healthy eating plan and lost weight through that but it seems to be the majority of that so far is from my boobs rather than areas I would prefer to lose from.

I have a big event coming up and while I fit into my dress for it, I'd like to look better too. Online ideas or YouTube videos would be most appreciated, I can't always leave the house so something like that would be easiest for me to try and keep up with rather than a class.

I'm not an expert, but I don't think you can target the specific area to reduce fat there, it has to come from reducing your fat overall (and it sounds as though you're doing really well already in that area). Maybe have a look at Fitness Blender for home based, bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. Look at exercises targeting your core I'd suggest. They usually have low impact variations, but best to look through and find something you then no fits your needs.

Sorry you can't spot reduce.

Haha that would be great if you could choose where to lose fat from!! Then I could have bigger boobs and thinner thighs.

I'd just like to be skinnier everywhere. Maybe not under my ribs. My ribs are pretty bony as things stand.

Can you do weights? You could order some off of amazon, do some core and back weighted exercises. You can't spot reduce fat but you can tone up those areas. I use the Chloe Madeley app for weight lifting.

If you do order some, get York weights, as you can add weights to the dumbbells to make them heavier. You should really lift as heavy as you can. Three reps of eight is good,
