Inner thighs big, wobbly, out of proportion, cellulite. Healthy weight/bmi, diet will only shrink them if I diet till the rest of me is too thin, even then much of them remains. What to do?

Seriously considering some sort of surgery, or treatment of some sort, but am totally baffled by all the options. Full on lipo, laser lipo, 3D lipo, what the bloody hell are all these things? Google has only led to my confusion and the feeling everyone is trying to sell me something expensive...

Any sort of exercise/non invasive/cellulite treatment that would help? Am active generally and over the years have tried callanetics/thigh specific toning exercises/creams, scrubs, anti celly various/squat challenges etc...

Help me ladies, I want rid of them! Or at least some of them!

Have a look at cryogenic lypolisis - reviews of this are generally good for spot reducing specific areas.

Aah thank you nbee84, I'd heard of laser lipo but not that. It does look good! And there's place near us that does it too, bonus as so much stuff is in London/cities (not rural Norfolk Grin) Next question is whether I'm brave enough to give them a call... worried that I'll fall prey to sales pitch and wind up there spending loads of cash I haven't got!

Has anyone used Essex Laser Lipo before? Or had 3D lipo? TIA x

Squats? Anything that trains your adductors - although the machines at the gym are pretty useless. Try the Pilates "clam" exercise with a theraband. And squats.
