Exercise pants?

So I've got a new sports "uniform". Something similar to a heavy duty leotard. While I'm not adverse to going commando I think some running knickers will help with preventing camel toe. My normal knickers show. Please can anyone recommend something seamless and suitable?

I’d look at dancewear websites. This Q is raised from time to time by the mothers of dancers.

Runderwear is often recommended amongst runners.
Decathlon pants are good too.
