Tough mudder !
21km's, hellish obstacles oh and I shit tonne of mud ! I have managed to convince my boss and husband to do it (yes this was my idea!) I have asked them to do it with me as they would be useful to punt me over walls, help me carry the 100kg log and they have agreed to do it with me as I'm the runner, so in theory would be able to motivate the pair of them to run further that they ever have ! Has anyone done one ? Are they as bad as they say ? It's in 3 months ....... I currently train 6 days - running and HIIT !
