This is really frustrating me. I use a rowing machine a few times a week and without being too graphic, there is a certain amount of chafing in the coccyx area! Am I wearing the wrong kit (the padded shorts all seem to be for cyclists which are padded in a different place), or a better seat pad - I have two of these (a gel one and a firmer one, plus a piece of foam? Run out of ideas! Any suggestions gratefully received.
