Does anyone incorporate handstands into thier exercise?

I saw a post by Nell McAndrew a while ago on Instagram where she was doing handstands as part of her fitness routine.

Having done a few searches it appears that handstands are good for your core strength and upper body. I've tried a couple of times tonight against the wardrobes and only managed about 10/15 seconds before my head started throbbing.

Has anyone else tried these and are you feeling any benefits?

yep.
regular ones holding for a minute and also facing the other way , handstand wall walks and climbing up against the wall. takes huge shoulder strength and is scary to try and get your face up close to the wall from that way around.
u can then start to lift one hand at a time and eventually build up to full on handstand walks. crazy hard and I could barely move my arms for a week after but so effective!
