Does anyone go to a clubbercise class? One has started near me and I am a bit tempted.

Should I expect a mixed age range? It looks fun but is it massively cheesy? How high impact?

My friend teaches it and it looks like it appeals to a wide range of people. I would say it’s similar intensity to Zumba, the moves don’t look overly complicated but there’s a lot of arm movements, which are sometimes a coordination issue!!! Grin
