Need a new DVD

Bored with 30 day shred although I used to love it. Can anyone recommend something about 20 minutes long that's good at strengthening your core? I'm training for a run but hoping to do a bit of cross training without injuring myself!

If you liked 30 day shred, I would give Jillian Michaels My Fitness app a go.

The workouts are fully customised. You can pick what length of workout you want to do (eg. 20 mins), areas of the body to focus on, your fitness level and what equipment you have (although really you don't need much more than some dumbbells). You can also pick your music and swap out exercises.

There's also a lot of different customisable programmes to choose from in the app - I am currently doing the Bikini Body one which is 20 mins plus 5 mins of stretches.

It is a paid app, but you can download it for a free 7 day trial. I personally think it's great value as it's a fraction of the cost of a gym and there are so many ways to customise it and so many varieties of workouts to choose from.
