Fit bit synch

Any fit bit users know why my fit bit is not synching to my phone?

I phone software up to date
Bluetooth on and paired
Have switched phone on and off
It's tracking on fit bit bit nothing on phone dashboard ?

I find that sometimes I have to restart my phone for it to sync.. but sometimes that doesn't work. Usually sorts itself out after a bit but it is rather annoying.

Thx for your reply - will give it a day or so . It just won't update/ synch . Annoying !!!
