Post partum exercise DVD?
6

pomadas87 · 06/02/2018 21:44

Any recommendations for a home workout DVD post-baby? Doesn't have to be a specific post partum one but I'm so ready to get back exercising now DD is 9 weeks old.

Previously I've enjoyed Davina's Superbody and Les Mills classes at my local gym like Body Attack, Pump and RPM. Would love some tips! Thanks in advance

I was gonna say the Shred but you didn’t like Jillian. I walked everywhere and did Shred 2-3x a week and lost 3stone worked a treat for me when on mat leave. It’s really a “HIT” workout before it got that name Grin

I would also have said JM 30 day shred, its my go to and I really think it works. If you're really keen what about Shaun T Insanity? I think he has a few different ones now and you can get them on demand so not as expensive as it used to be. I've heard a lot of good things about Kayla Itsines but havent tried it.
