Runderwear

So are these worth it? They're expensive but I'm finding it very noticeable on a long hot run (in Australia) that my knickers are the only non-wicking item of clothing I'm wearing!

I suppose the alternative is to go commando but don't know how comfortable that would be 🤔

I have several pairs of Runderwear and like the thongs best... but for summer running, I prefer going commando with lined shorts!

Really, isn't running with a thong on super uncomfortable?!

Thought about going commando today for parkrun but discovered my leggings are stuffed full of seams. Sad why don't they have a gusset!

Well I wouldn't want to run in a thong!

You'll have to look for seam arrangement as you replace current running tights so commando becomes a possibility.

And until then either stick with plain cotton comfy (can you get Sloggi?) or try the higher tech ones. Do let us know how you get on if you do!

I found some great wickable and seam free pants in Uniqlo this week for about £5, they are part of the Airism range. Equal in quality, fit and performance to Sweaty Betty and Lululemon which I also own. I bought the hiphuggers (on sale in UK at the moment so £2.90 a pair).

I might be brave enough to go commando on a run, but not in the gym. I'm always worried that my leggings are being stretched so much when I'm squatting etc that people will be able to tell!!!!

Definitely worth it. I invested in some - sadly not heat but rain! (Live by the coast in a wet and windy climate) and it has made a difference.

Thanks for the tip about uniqlo trump - looks like I can order them here and the price is right!

Cheers all
