I'd like to do some stretching type exercise in my rest days when I'm not running.
I'm not sure where to start, but I'm aiming to strengthen my core and tone. I don't want to lose weight, but want to look more toned.
It needs to be something I can stream online for free and no more than 30 mins. I'm not sure about yoga, but open to ideas.
