Stretching non run day exercise

I'd like to do some stretching type exercise in my rest days when I'm not running.

I'm not sure where to start, but I'm aiming to strengthen my core and tone. I don't want to lose weight, but want to look more toned.

It needs to be something I can stream online for free and no more than 30 mins. I'm not sure about yoga, but open to ideas.

Hit me with your suggestions and links!

YouTube has loads I'm sure you can find something on there that suits you. Pilates or yoga could be good too?

Try FitnessBlender - there are heaps of exercises on there. If you browse from a desktop you can filter by time, equipment really easily.

Pilates would be good - I do that on my non-running days and it really helps with core. FB have some of them, or search for a Pilates channel.
