So I finished c25k w9r3 tonight. Which for those in the know means I ran for 30 mins rather than actually running 5k. (I managed 4k twice and 4.3k once)
I really liked the structure of C25k; the voice in my ear counting me down etc
My plan is to repeat the c25k week 9 a few times to consolidate the time and maybe pick up the pace a little.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to move on? Any apps they recommend? Thanks
