London marathon training - struck down by flu

I am training for the VLM on 22 April. I was up to 14 mile runs once a week, with 2 other runs on other days (I work, have 2 kids, husband travels - so 3 runs is my max, plus one session of HIIT a week). 10 days ago I got hit by the flu. I have never had proper flu before but it knocked me for six. I was in bed for 5 days. I feel 80% better, but still have a bit of a cough and tiredness. Been eating and drinking well again and going to bed early. I am due a short run tonight and a 15 mile on Friday plus a 10km event on Sunday. Does anyone have any advice? I don't want to let my long run partner down and am worried about my training....
