Help with lumpy legs please!!

Hi everyone, I am not actually overweight and am a size 10. However, due to not doing very much exercise my legs are not in great shape. They are covered in cellulite right down to my knees and have a 'lumpy' appearance.

I have a holiday coming up at the start of April and would like to try and tone them up before then. Otherwise I will not want to be at the pool at all. What are the best exercises to do please for this purpose? Atm I have just started back cycling to work but it is only about 25 minutes total per day 5 days a week. I was doing this for a few months before Christmas and didn't see an improvement on the appearance of my cellulite.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!Smile

Make sure that you're eating healthily and that you're drinking plenty of water. Swimming can help reduce cellulite. Maybe go for a brisk walk at lunch time. Use a body brush in the shower to increase circulation.
