Hi everyone, I am not actually overweight and am a size 10. However, due to not doing very much exercise my legs are not in great shape. They are covered in cellulite right down to my knees and have a 'lumpy' appearance.
I have a holiday coming up at the start of April and would like to try and tone them up before then. Otherwise I will not want to be at the pool at all. What are the best exercises to do please for this purpose? Atm I have just started back cycling to work but it is only about 25 minutes total per day 5 days a week. I was doing this for a few months before Christmas and didn't see an improvement on the appearance of my cellulite.
