I bought a Kettlebell (8kg) in an attempt to do a bit of weight training at home. I run a lot and swim and cycle a bit but am weedy and figured some strength training would both tone me up more and be good for my running. Can anyone recommend any videos for where to start? Bonus points for anyone who knows specifically what would be good to do for a runner!

This is brilliant!

I think (but I'm no expert) for running you want to work on functional strength stuff, esp. single-leg stuff. So, a long with things like kettle bell swings, things like reverse lunges, single leg romanian deadlifts and turkish get-ups would probably be good.

Hi I have just started using a kettlebell a few weeks ago. First a 6kg now I am using a 8kg. I do follow bodyfit by Amy on YouTube. I do 30 mins everyday and love it. I has certainly helped me tone up 😀

Paul Katami is good too. There’s a beginner one on YouTube. And yes to fitness blender!
