Waterproof running jacket

Normally when it rains I figure that I'm waterproof and will get a warm shower soon.

Now I'm training for a marathon and my long runs are getting longer, being drenched and cold for a couple of hours or more isn't so easy.

Does anyone have recommendations for a running jacket that's:

Waterproof,
Not rustly
Breathable
Got long arms and longish body

I don't hugely care about the price. Would rather buy well once than buy twice.

Ronhill treat theirs with waterproofing.

Not 100% waterproof (maybe that would cause some problems with sweat?) but not bad.

I have had many running/cycling jackets and the best fit and performance i’ve ever had by a very long way. Pricey though!!

I am currently wearing the cycling * equivalent of this in hi vis yellow, for running and cycling.

*dropped tail, pocket in back, no hood.

I got one in the Next sale, day glo pink so I am seen and good for running,
