Any workout DVD recommendations?

I’m going to have to get up at 5.30am to get any exercise done but I’m feeling stiff and lacking energy.

I could do 30 minuets on my exercise bike but thought a DVD would help with my aches and pains.

Any suggestions please?

Ok, I’m going for 30 day Shred by Jillian Michaels unless I get any last minute comments

I’ve just got Darcey Bussell’s DDMix and I love it. Great fun

I don't do exercise DVDs, but do do workout videos from YouTube. I absolutely love Tae Bo, but have done a few PopSugar body combat classes. All freely available and ready to find

Thanks

I watched Darcy Bussel on an Amazon clip. She’s a bit too dancey for me. I think I need more old school with floor work etc.
I’m not sure I could line up you Tube quickly enough on my tv. I must give it a try though

I had a Jane Fonda VHS in the 80s. I was fit and slim then. If only I knew!

Thanks Candace. I had a quick look.

Your cat looks similar to mine!

I like the idea of increasing my flexibility. But if I lay with a blanket, hot water bottle etc I would go to sleep.

Going to show my son the runners yoga. Thanks

Haha that's so funny, I know what mean though😉 Ah yes our little Cat Stevens, the tuxedo cat who loves to bite my toes when I lie in Shavasana. Thanks for showing your son hope it helps him out after his cardio, it's so easy to forget to stretch after a workout. X

Does anyone know of any free aerobics on youtube or another website?
I haven't got a DVD player unfortunately.
