Sports Bra Reccomendations

Has anyone tried the Freya Epic Sports Bra?I used to swear by the Panache Sport but then lots lots of weight and didn’t really need anything so industrial - I had a couple of Moving Comfort bras for longer races/training sessions and got away with stretchy Nike or New Balance sports bras for shorter races/cycling etc.

I’m meant to be running a marathon in April which I very much doubt is going to happen now as although I’d be quite happy to do it pregnant, I’ve also got hyperemesis and can’t train at all currently. So god knows why I’m thinking about sports bras now! But I’m so desperate to have a goal to work towards even if it’s just ‘be able to do a run’ in a few months time!

Boobs have ballooned since being pregnant so I’m back in the 28G-30FF range currently I think! So any recommendations in those sizes would be great - even if I’m only dreaming about running right now!

I've been buying shock absorber bras for about 20 years. Never tried anything else to compare it to. I'm large ofboob and they've been strapped down nicely in the shock absorber

Shock absorber and panache sport here. Nothing else does the job. 30/32 e/f depending which I go for

I am size 32FF/G and have tried many different sports bras over the years. My favourite by far is the Freya Active Underwired Sports Bra

Have recommended it on a couple of threads here previously. SO comfy and gives good shape and support with zero squashing or bounce. Definitely recommended!

I had the Panache before I lost weight. Shock Absorber since then - I have one of the twin skin, clip back ones for more serious ones, and a more bra-shaped one for gentle runs and other sports.

Get your first Shock Absorber in a shop, or from somewhere with a good returns policy as their sizing comes up a bit weird (I'm one bigger in the band and consequently smaller in the cup than any other make, but that size has been consistent across their range)
