Aquanatal classes

Hi,

Does anyone please know of any aquanatal classes in Reigate or Guildford??? Cannot find anything.

I teach aqua and most aqua classes are suitable for pre & post-natal - certain moves that you should not do such as wide leg moves - keep them narrow if doing jacks or squats and don't lie on your back as takes oxygen away from baby. Take moves down a level when doing cardio but generally very safe form of exercise.

ie just look for aqua classes rather than specific natal ones
