I had a Fitbit for xmas. How useful is 10,000 steps really?!
I started C25k in December and I'm still going strong with that 3 times a week. I'm rowing twice a week, once indoor and once on the water. Prior to starting rowing in November I was a couch potato.
I ask because I've just found myself walking circuits around my bedroom to get my steps up! (It's a C25K rest day)
