How long did it take before you felt able to run again? I know it will be different for everyone, I'm just interested and hopeful that I'll be able to get back out there soon

I went back very very tentatively after my 6 week check up.

I think if you lower your expectations, act like you’re learning to run again and take it very easy it’s all good.

Good luck!

Whilst I did not do running I pushed myself physically too quickly after my third c-section and ended up having problems with my stitches. I wish I had taken things a bit slower and listened to by body. It is surgery after all!

I started running again after about 8 weeks, but very slowly and tentatively...

I started at 7 weeks. It was horrible. I felt like my insides were falling out. I waited Bout two years before I dared try again....
